I wish cable cable was available for our primary residence - great service, great speed and prices for Internet. Very professional and quick turnaround on set up. For cottagers, the option to pause the service throughout the winter, keeping the modem while not paying the rental is a huge benefit.

We recently upgraded to the new Cable Cable fio! service in Oakwood. They offer anywhere from 25mbps down to 1gbps down and 10mbps up on all packages. This service is fibre to the modem and the price, for the service you receive, is worth it.

You sent out a serviceman to my home to repair a problem I was having with my new television. What appeared to be a relatively simple problem turned out to be quite a complex one. The serviceman worked diligently for two hours and was able to solve it. I want to tell you how much I appreciated him-he came right on time and continued working until the television picture was perfect.

A while ago we were long term Bell Canada customers with phone, internet and tv service to the tune of $250 + a month - I called BELL to delete a couple of items from our cable package to get our monthly bill under control. After 5 phone calls and endless time on hold hearing how important my phone call was to BELL, I was given a number of reasons why my bill could not be any cheaper than it was, so we looked at other options. With Cable Cable our service has been excellent, any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently and we are happy.

We have experienced phone and internet problems for some time, Patrick came to our house on Wednesday and solved our problems. While problem solving is part of Patrick's job, it's the way he went about it that impressed me, and deserves recognition. He took the time to discuss the issues, and solutions with me that best suited us. The result when the job was completed was beyond my expectations. I'd like to publicly thank Patrick for his excellent people and customer service skills, the great solution he implemented. It's because of people like Patrick we remain a Cable Cable customer.
