Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the employee trial expected to last?

The trial begins Monday, January 9 and ends on Sunday, March 26. We’ll let you know in advance by email if this timeline changes.

What will I be asked to do?

As a participant of the trial, you’ll need to:

  • Fill out the contact form above so that we can get in touch with you
  • Agree to the terms and conditions in the Cable Cable Ignite Trial and Confidentiality Agreement
  • Complete the two surveys that will be sent to you via email – one at the beginning of the trial and one at the end
  • Report any issues encountered with the ordering/installation of the new Rogers Ignite bundle and deactivation of your existing services

Do I have to install new equipment in my home?

Yes. A Cable Cable technician will come to your home and install a new internet gateway as well as a new set top box and remote to connect to your TV.

Am I eligible to participate in this trial? 

In order to participate, you must agree to the Ignite TV Trial and Confidentiality Agreement and meet the criteria below:

    • Agree to subscribe to the Rogers Ignite bundle services and cancel your existing Cable Cable services
    • Not be scheduled to relocate during the trial period
    • Not be on vacation for more than two weeks during the trial period
    • Not cancel your new Rogers Ignite services during the trial period
    • Acknowledge and agree that your current home phone voicemail(s) will be deleted immediately upon deactivation of your current home phone service (if applicable)
    • Agree to the Ignite TV Trial and Confidentiality Agreement (linked here

What does the Ignite bundle include during the trial period?

The Ignite bundle includes TV, internet, and home phone services. For more details, call us at 705-887-6433 (option 3).

What will the Ignite bundle cost me after the free trial period is over? 

After the trial period is over, you may choose to stay with the same Ignite bundle or upgrade/downgrade to a bundle that suits your needs. Package pricing varies, and you will be eligible for in-market pricing!
